POKEMON LEAF GREEN VERSION features updated graphics and sound compared to the original Pokemon Green and Red games. Each Pokemon has unique moves and abilities, and players must use strategy to defeat their opponents in battle. The game features turn-based battles, in which players select moves for their Pokemon to use against their opponents. They then set out on a journey to explore Kanto, catching and training new Pokemon, battling other trainers, and collecting gym badges to qualify for the Pokemon League. Players start the game by choosing a starter Pokemon from three options: Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. The game is set in the fictional region of Kanto, which is based on the real-life region of Kanto in Japan. In POKEMON LEAF GREEN VERSION, players take on the role of a Pokemon trainer who sets out on a quest to catch, train, and battle Pokemon.
